Cancellation and Refund Policy
The cancellation and refund policy for in-home organizing and virtual organizing sessions is listed in your contract. Please make sure to keep your contract.
For memberships, you may cancel your membership at any time by emailing nicole@simplifiedhomedesign.com or clicking the cancel button in your membership portal. You may cancel your membership at any time and you will have access to the membership until the end of your billing cycle.
Simplified Home Design reserves the right to cancel a user's membership at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. If a user's membership is canceled, the user will not be entitled to a refund of any membership fees already paid.
No refunds will be given for Simplified Home Plans once you have submitted your information. You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund if you have not submitted your information.
Reserved Copyright
Please use the digital products in the membership for personal use only. You are not allowed to sell or share anything in the membership. You are also not allowed to remove Simplified Home Design logos to share or sell any resources given in the membership or your Simplified Home Plan.
Accompanying Material and Copyright
All accompanying material, including but not limited to sales pages, download pages, and instructions, are copyright protected. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the accompanying material.
